    Great location opposite a beach but set back from the main road with garden in front, so nice and quiet. We came for the Fete de Mimosa which took place on the main road in front and could see preparations in progress from the balcony but all was quiet at night. The flat is well provisioned and a good size. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. External shutters make sure it is properly dark. We enjoyed the local area very much but even though we had a hire car, we took the bus to Cannes and back. Bus stop is across the road and train station is about 5 mins walk. Communication with Herve and his team was very easy - Nagi covers the area we were staying in. He was proactive and made sure we were comfortable.

    Positive: Bien dans la globalité du séjour. L'endroit, le logement en bord de mer, le logement était spacieux, confortable et bien équipé, les lieux de divertissements. Negative: Rien à redire Un bémol, la décoration du logement est à repenser. Le style baroque est démodé et c'est "vieillot". Après c'est une question de goût.

    Positive: die Lage ist ok Negative: Bettlacken mit Flecken, Bett kaputt und wackelt. Kleiderschrank voll mit Sachen des Eigentümers. Polster der Balkonsessel schmutzig. Kaffemaschine schmutzig. Teppiche schmutzig. Der Eigentümer legt keinen Wert auf Gäste. Wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Habe erstmal sauber gemacht.

    Positive: Spacious, contemporary, quiet, private, secure and convenient one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony with a view of the Mediterranean, the beach and the La Napoule chateau, which were all just across the street. There was also a decent size swimming pool on the property and the local train station was only 1/4 mile away.The local restaurants are fabulous and numerous. Easy train access to other cities along the Côté d’Azur. We did not have a car during our two week stay. Negative: Nothing

    L’appartement est très bien situé entre centre ville et plage. Il est spacieux et fonctionnel avec un balcon vue sur la mer. Seul petit bémol, la pression de la douche est très basse et l’eau chaude met un certain temps à arriver.

    Located directly across the road from Port La Napoule, which suited us well. Lots of excellent restaurants just a minute walk away, fruit and vegetable shops, supermarket and pharmacy very close by and a 10 minute walk to shopping Centre. Bus stop across the road to Cannes. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we required, very clean. A bit dated but that made it quite homely. Lovely deck with water views to enjoy morning coffee. Our host Herve was very good at communicating, he met us on arrival and the morning we left, nothing was too much trouble. If we returned to La Napoule, we would definitely stay in this accommodation again. Only small negative was the water pressure in the shower.
